When you use Chavrusah AI via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call, we collect:
- Your phone number (to send and receive messages)
- Message content (your questions and our AI responses)
- Call audio (processed in real-time for voice interactions, not permanently stored)
- Basic usage data (message counts, timestamps)
How We Use It
We use your data solely to provide the Chavrusah AI study experience:
- To respond to your Torah study questions
- To maintain conversation context so your chavrusa remembers what you're learning
- To improve the quality of our AI responses
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate:
- Twilio — SMS, WhatsApp, and voice call delivery
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI language model for generating responses
- Cloudflare — Hosting and infrastructure
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Data Retention
Conversation history is retained to provide continuity in your learning. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
